Order your prescription

Once we have your prescription, fill out and submit the order form below to get your prescription refilled. It will be ready in store within 24 hours.

Please note: We must have a copy of your prescription in store so that we can prepare your prescription accurately. We will endeavour to have your prescription ready for you when you call into the store. We ask you to give us as much notice as possible and we will do our best to ensure it is ready for your collection.
