What travel health services do you offer?
Our pharmacist can give you travel health advice and help you prepare for your trip. For travel vaccinations, contact us first on 066 7142479 so we can let you know what we can arrange and what may need a GP or travel clinic.
When should I think about travel health?
Ideally a few weeks before you travel, as some preparations are best started in advance. The sooner you call in, the more we can help.
Can you advise on medicines for travelling?
Yes. We can advise on remedies for common travel issues such as upset stomach, motion sickness and sun protection, and help you put together a travel kit.
What about the EHIC card?
The European Health Insurance Card lets you access state healthcare in EU countries on the same basis as a local resident. It is free to apply for, and we can point you in the right direction.
